Host a College Basketball Party
To basketball fans all over the country, March is the most important month of the year. It’s the month of collegiate basketball championship games! The best way to get into the sporting spirit is to throw a set ball
sketball themed Party. Have a viewing party in the comfort of your home or get everyone at work together to unwind and watch some basketball together. Just don’t forget the food!
The most important part of a basketball party shindig, aside from making sure your bracket is filled in just the way you want it, is the food. When you call on Buca di Beppo to provide the concessions, even those friends and co-workers who aren’t so into college basketball will be eager to attend your tournament party. While the tournament schedule goes on throughout the month, you may want to hold off and throw your party when the madness is reaching an end. After all, the most exciting basketball games aren’t played until after the top four teams have been chosen.
Here’s how to make your tournament viewing party a slam dunk…
We’ll handle the food.
Back away from the pretzels and corn chips. Call Buca and put in your order for a real Italian meal instead. Our Party Pans To Go are stuffed with fresh, authentic cuisine and come in full and half pan sizes to fit your particular needs. Our spaghetti, ravioli and ziti dishes are all perfect for bringing people together for some basketball. Going with a catering package ensures that no detail is overlooked. The basic celebration package includes a salad tray, two pasta trays, homemade bread and plenty of plastic plates, utensils and napkins. Afraid two pasta pans is not enough? You can always build your own custom catering package, online, over the phone or in person. Delivery is also available within 10 miles of every restaurant. Buca di Beppo takes all the madness out of party planning during the March basketball games. When you order with us, all that’s left to worry about is who will win the 2015 championship title!
You handle the set up.
If you’re having your party at work, hook up multiple televisions somewhere in the office so you and your coworkers can watch the final games together. If you want to throw together an official bracket before your basketball tournament viewing party, you can find free printable brackets online. It doesn’t have to be a money pool, either. You can hand out other creative prizes to whomever has the most accurate bracket or just play along for the glory alone. Make sure your guests are updated on the rankings leading up to your party. You might even consider setting up your own hoop for some additional entertainment. No matter how you choose to watch each epic showdown during March 2015, remember to enjoy the game!

New Menu Items Available
Some things, like our commitment to serving authentic Italian cuisine in a fun, exciting atmosphere, never change. Our many tasty offerings, on the other hand, we don’t mind changing up every once in a while. What we’re trying to say is that we’ve got four delicious menu items debuting this month – the Warm Tomato & Spinach Salad, the Chicken Inferno, the Soffici Cuscini and the Penne al Forno. Starting Monday, February 9, you’ll be able to order any of these items at your neighborhood Buca!
Warm Tomato & Spinach Salad
Let’s start with the first course. What ever happened to salad? At so many restaurants these days, what was once a refreshing, bright plate of fresh produce somehow became a mishmash of lackluster foodstuffs. But not at Buca di Beppo! At our restaurants, the art of the salad is alive and well and this new tomato and spinach pairing proves it. The Warm Tomato & Spinach Salad features fresh spinach tossed with a warmed balsamic vinaigrette, red onions, spiced pecans, feta cheese and vibrant Roma tomatoes. There’s lots of red and green – the colors of Italy! Enjoy it as a meal by itself or let it prep your palate for one of our incredible entrées.
Mama mia! Our Chicken Inferno is an explosion of peppers – pepperoncini and a mix of red and green bell peppers, to be exact. Along with that flavorful medley of pepperiness, we throw in a bounty of fire-roasted tomatoes and yellow onion and cover the whole thing with a spicy rosa sauce. Think you can handle this pollo inferno?
Nothing compares to quality gnocchi and we think our Soffici Cuscini (Italian for “fluffy pillows”) qualify. Gnocchi are soft, doughy dumplings that may be made from semolina, wheat flour, egg, cheese, potato and other homey, starchy ingredients. Although they could be defined as an “alternative” to pasta, they certainly have the comforting, satisfying nature of a homemade pasta dish. Beppo’s Soffici Cuscini gnocchi are no exception. Topped with pancetta and red onions then tossed with spicy, creamy vodka sauce, these little pillows of dough are worthy of their name. We finish this particular rendition with basil and Parmesan which makes for a truly incomparable entrée.
Penne al Forno
We just wouldn’t be Buca without our traditional pasta dishes! For a hearty lunch or a memorable dinner, try the three-meat Penne al Forno with sautéed spicy Italian sausage, prosciutto and pepperoni. Of course, we couldn’t choose just one cheese to go with these three wonderful proteins so we chose four: ricotta, provolone, mozzarella and Parmesan. Finally, we smother the penne with our homemade marinara sauce. Buon appetito!
Outstanding Corporate Catering
If nothing else, our many years of catering business luncheons and large corporate seminars have taught us one thing: the more well-fed your employees are, the better they work! A hungry worker is not a happy worker. Our authentic Italian cuisine is satisfying brain food which means its great fuel for productive brainstorming sessions and important presentations.
Foregoing a lunch break to attend a lunch meeting doesn’t have to feel like a punishment. In fact, with plenty of delicious Italian dishes to go around, a lunch meeting can be a real treat and allow you to get a lot of extra work done in a single day. Whether you’d like to plan a low-key company meeting right in your office, a huge corporate gathering in a separate convention center or a small lunch in one of our restaurants, we can accommodate your needs. Our wonderful staff would be happy to help you work out a menu to suit everybody’s tastes. We can even deliver full entrée pans directly to your worksite. Our basic Party Pans to go package (which works perfectly for work functions, too – not just parties) consists of a fresh salad pan, pastas and an assortment of homemade bread. All of our to-go pans come with disposable plates and cutlery so there’s no need to sacrifice time cleaning up after a meeting.
There’s always something to celebrate in an office environment whether it’s a birthday, a holiday or a big business development and we’d love to help you celebrate Italian-style. Throw a smash of a birthday bash or a “just because” party to show how much you appreciate your employees’ hard work and dedication. What better way to show people the appreciation they deserve than with a yummy meal from Buca di Beppo? Our popular Party Pans aren’t just for lunch meetings. They come in an assortment of tasty Italian dishes such as zesty ziti and classic spaghetti and, since just one pan feeds up 20 people, it’s large enough to feed the whole company!
Want to get out of the office? No problem! Our festive semi-private dining rooms offer the perfect space for your company soiree. Buca’s diverse menu and banquet packages can accommodate groups of all sizes, and because our food is served family-style, sharing with co-workers is easy and convenient. From our savory Stuffed Mushrooms to cheesy ravioli and scrumptious desserts, the combination possibilities are endless. Our eclectic on-site dining rooms are warm and inviting. You’ll be able to choose between a comfortable booth and a big communal table, depending on your party’s needs. Our lively and professional wait staff is ready to take care of and entertain your co-workers, assuring that everyone involved has an over-the-top good time!
Buca di Beppo’s Many Meatless Dishes
Italian cuisine has always been kind to vegetarians and, at Buca di Beppo, our dynamic menu full of Italian classics is no different. Traditionally, the people of Italy abstained from meat throughout Lent and Advent, not just on Ash Wednesday and Fridays. As a result of this cultural tradition, there’s now a nearly limitless variety of supremely tasty vegetarian and pescatarian dishes with distinctly Italian roots. Whether you never eat meat or you’re just abstaining in the weeks before Easter, we’ve got loads of delicious, meat-free options that are sure to leave you satisfied!
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the Lenten season, a time of penance, prayer and dietary restriction. From mid-February to Easter Sunday, many individuals abstaining from meat on Fridays struggle to find good veggie and seafood dishes that don’t skimp on taste and don’t leave them hungry. Well, meat eaters, it’s time to trade in the fish sticks for something a whole lot more mouth-watering – succulent salads and premium pastas from Buca di Beppo!
Start with a salad.
The season of Lent is the perfect time to learn to love veggies. And our colossal salad creations make vegetables very lovable. Our Mixed Green Salad, drizzled with some of our signature vinaigrette dressing, showcases some of the best of what the Mediterranean has to offer – olives, pepperoncini and crispy produce. This year, we also introduced a comforting Warm Tomato & Spinach Salad featuring fresh spinach, warmed balsamic vinaigrette, red onions, spiced pecans, feta cheese and vibrant Roma tomatoes that could make anybody forget about missing out on meat.
Then, move on to the (meatless) main course!
With our awesome vegetarian options and our heaping pasta bowls, there’s no longer any reason to feel unsatisfied on Fridays during Lent. Our chicken and sausage entrées always feed two to four people, depending on which size you go with, and our vegetarian entrées are equally filling. Try our Eggplant Parmigiana for a fantastic change of pace or our Penne alla Vodka for a spicy take on meatless dining. You could even substitute your typical order for one of our ever-so-savory baked vegetarian pasta dishes.
Rather than going entirely meatless, many people choose to eat seafood during Lent. Fortunately, our seafood entrées are downright delicious. Linguine teeming with garlic shrimp, spinach, tomatoes and butter sauce makes up our famous Shrimp Florentine, for instance. Plus, for a limited time only this spring, our Linguine and Clams is BACK and better than ever with whole baby clams and your choice of red or white sauce.
This Friday, don’t stress about how you’re going to get through dinner without chicken of beef – come to Buca and savor every vegetarian bite!
Everything we do at Buca di Beppo comes from our love of Italian traditions. We believe that when it comes to core values, the Italians got ‘em right. For example, much like the French, Italians make food a top priority. How could you not when the country you live in has a climate ideally suited for growing olives, making wine and raising cattle? At Buca, we make food a top priority, too. But anyone with a smidge of Italian heritage can tell you that Italian traditions aren’t just about food. We choose to embrace all of Italy’s traditions, not just the epicurean ones. Three of the most important tenets of Italian tradition we’ve found outside of the kitchen are Family, Festivity and Regional Diversity.
1. The Importance of Family
In Italy, family is everything. Family gatherings typically involve the whole extended family, not just mom, dad and kids. When you dine at Buca di Beppo, we want you to feel like a member of our extended family, too. It’s why our food is served family-style in big, communal bowls. A large entrée at Buca di Beppo feeds up to four.
2. Over-the-Top Festivities
Italians know how to party and so do we! Whether it’s a national festival or a local carnival, Italy’s over-the-top celebrations are world-renowned, attracting thousands of tourists each year. At Buca di Beppo, we have quite a penchant for celebrating as well. Bridal showers, birthdays, good hair days – we’ll celebrate it all! Our private banquet rooms are wonderful party venues. They’re typically decorated with colorful posters, photographs and lights, and many of them fit a particular theme. Of course, if you prefer a casual gathering at home, you don’t have to dine-in to party with Buca. Our Party Pans To Go let you keep partygoers well-fed without breaking the bank.
3. The Role of the Region
Italy has maintained its regional diversity through the years. What we mean by that is that every town has its own set of traditions. We try to represent lots of different areas of Italy on our menu. We have pizzas inspired by Naples, pastas inspired by Florence and sides inspired by Rome. We also have lots of seafood dishes inspired by life on the Mediterranean Sea like our Linguine Frutti di Mare with shrimp, baby clams, mussels and calamari in spicy red clam sauce. With our diverse menu, you can take a tour of Italy without ever leaving your hometown at Buca di Beppo!
Oh baby! Everybody loves a good baby shower game. Baby shower food, however, is frequently lacking the same zest, especially when it comes to the entrées. For a molto benne meal that’s flavorful and only prepared with the freshest of ingredients, let Buca di Beppo handle your next baby shower. After all, the mama will be eating for two!
Our restaurant is the perfect place if you are looking for a baby shower venue that can accommodate any size group and is sure to please everybody involved. It’s a wonderful place to order food for an intimate, in-home baby shower or gender reveal party. When there’s a baby on the way, everybody has enough to worry about without also having to think about feeding shower guests or opening their home to a large group of people.
If you’re currently looking for a great restaurant, location or baby shower venue to host your event, Buca di Beppo is the perfect place for your party! For the couple who is just starting their own family, our family-focused restaurants are the perfect backdrop to this new beginning. With black-and-white family photos all along the walls and big family-style platters of antipasti and pasta entrées, we make new parents feel right at home at Buca di Beppo. All of our locations have private dining rooms that are a great place to host any kind of pre-baby event.
For carryout customers and those that prefer a more private setting, our catering packages include everything from party platters to drinks, professionally organized with all the necessary dining ware. Our convenient and delicious grab-and-go party pans can be filled with many of Buca’s Italian favorites like crispy Caesar Salad, savory Baked Ziti, creamy Fettuccine Alfredo, rich Tiramisu and much more. We orchestrate catered events daily out of more than 96 restaurants in the county and we possess one of the best reputations in catering so you know your food will arrive as expected! Even for an off-site event, we always stand behind our work and strive to make your party a success.
Our amazing staff can take care of everything from the decorating to entertainment. We promise to make sure that the lady of the hour, the mother-to-be, has a relaxing time. From multi-layered Lasagna to hearty Meatballs, all the shower guests will definitely leave the celebration feeling very satisfied… and very excited for the baby’s arrival! For more information on our private rooms and our catering options, please visit our main website.
Limited-Time-Only Linguine & Clams
We’re proud of all of our cuisine here at Buca di Beppo. Still, we tend to get extra excited about our limited-time-only items and, in February, that means clams! Much like pumpkin spice coffee and Mardi Gras king cake, our Linguine and Clams is only available for a few weeks out of the year. We prefer to cook up our clams at the height of shellfish season. Many consider late winter and early spring the best time to enjoy clams that have been dug from nice, cold water. We’ve all heard the rule, “Only in months with R” – that means April will be your last chance to gobble up these briny morsels!
In addition to it being a seasonable seafood treat, our Linguine and Clams is made even better with our amazing sauces. A generous pile of linguine comes surrounded by a small army of whole baby clams and topped off with your choice of either fresh tomato sauce or rich white wine sauce. Like our other pastas, it’s available in two shareable serving sizes. The small serving easily feeds two while the large can feed up to four hungry linguine lovers. Get a big enough group together and you could even sample both sauces in a single evening!
It’s no coincidence that our Linguine and Clams offer coincides with the Lenten season. We know that giving up meat in the weeks leading up to Easter can be tough so we try to incorporate some extra meatless menu items after Ash Wednesday. Whether you’re abstaining from meat or you just have a strong hankering for some Italian-style seafood, our Linguine and Clams is sure to please.
Best of all, our Linguine and Clams pasta is now available as a part of our “4 Eat for $40” dinner deal. As of February 16 for just $10 a person, you can enjoy garlic bread aplenty, incredible salad and your choice of a single large entrée at Buca di Beppo. Don’t be fooled by the fact that this deal only comes with one entrée. Our large pastas are meant to be shared, just like a bowl of pasta on your own kitchen table. You’ll have to decide between a Mixed Green Salad and our ever-popular Caesar. If you Linguine and Clams just aren’t you group’s thing, there are six more amazing pasta options to choose from, many of them meatless. These other pasta options are Spaghetti with Marinara, Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Fettuccine Alfredo, Baked Ziti and Ravioli al Pomodoro. Of course, when you order Linguine and Clams as part of your 4 for $40 meal, you get to enjoy two limited time offers at once. Don’t let this specialty linguine pass you by!
We all know the phrase, “something borrowed, something Buca.” Isn’t that how it goes? If not, it should be. Buca di Beppo restaurants are ideal bridal shower venues and our takeaway catering trays are a great party food option for an at-home shower.
Planning a wedding is a lot of fun but it can also be stressful. With all the events that precede the big day – from the bachelorette party to the rehearsal dinner and more – selecting the right food for every occasion can be quite a hassle. Why not sit back and let Buca handle some of the menu planning? When a close group of friends plans a bridal shower with Buca di Beppo, you know it’s going to be fun and you definitely know that, after the bride herself, the food is going to be the star!
Our events have a reputation of completely capturing Italy’s knack for celebrating in style! With our festive, eclectic décor and our authentic menu of salads, pastas and sides, the bride-to-be and her guests are able to enjoy a real Italian celebration without ever opening her passport. The minute you walk into Buca, you know you are in for a memorable dining experience. Ornate sculptures and fountains are at every turn, so decorations are more or less taken care of. Our entire menu, including many tasty antipasti options, fresh entrées and decadent desserts, is served family-style and ready to share and a little something from our cocktail menu consisting of homemade Sangria, peach bellinis or classic mojitos makes an ideal accompaniment for the hearty meal.
If the future Mrs. would prefer a more casual setting for her shower, one of Buca’s party pans or a pre-set selection of dishes may be a better option than one of our private rooms. Our party pans can be picked up the same day they’re ordered. They may also be delivered right to the shower venue as long as within 10 miles of the restaurant. All takeaway and delivery catering orders include free plates, napkins, serving utensils and eating utensils. For a bridal shower, we strongly recommend ordering one of our yummy dessert trays, too. Between endless cake tastings and the cake revealed on the big day, the bride and the wedding guests will get enough frosting and cake. A freshly baked brownie, a chocolate chip cookie or a real Italian cannoli, however, could really hit the spot after a beautiful bridal shower! Order online today!

4 Eat for $40 – Just $10 Per Person!

Our family-style dishes at Buca di Beppo make it easy to dine out as a family at a cozy, sit-down restaurant. Especially now that a group of four can enjoy a delicious, multi-course meal for just $40 with our “4 Eat for $40” deal!

You’ll have to decide between seven amazing pasta options: Spaghetti Marinara, Spaghetti with meat sauce, Fettuccine Alfredo, Baked Ziti, Ravioli Pomodro OR our seasonal Linguine & Clams with Red or White Sauce, available for a limited time only.
You can’t go wrong with any of our authentic Italian creations but in this time of year, the clams are really a must. Late winter and early spring is the best time to eat shellfish – it’s your last chance until after the summer to enjoy the freshest clams. We’ve all heard the rule about months with an “R.” Aside from it being seasonable, a saucy Linguine & Clams for only $10 per person is truly a great deal. This delightful seafood pasta dish is made with whole baby clams and served with your choice of either red or white sauce. We highly recommend you try this entrée before it’s gone!
So this all sounds like a lot to eat, right? To sum it all up, you get…
– Garlic Bread
– Your choice of Mixed Green or Caesar Salad
– Your choice of one entrée – Spaghetti Marinara, Spaghetti with meat sauce, Fettuccine Alfredo, Baked Ziti, Ravioli Pomodro OR Linguine & Clams with Red or White Sauce
…when you come to Buca with your 4 for $40 coupon ready! Instead of dividing the check, the hardest part of the meal will be choosing which tasty entrée to share. Dine out without the drama at Buca di Beppo!
